Thermal Burn

Get ready to burn it all in this 55 minute circuit-based group class focused on combining high intensity cardio respiratory training with strength-based resistant training. Thermal burn focuses on timed intervals of work with the use of various equipment, including weights, medicine balls, TRX bands, and body weight moves, to send your cardio respiratory system into hyperdrive while simultaneously enhancing muscular strength, thus creating greater post – exercise benefits.The class is open to all levels, with the opportunity to progress or modify all moves to fit your current fitness level.

Total Body Blast

In this 55 minute workout class for all fitness levels you will engage all your upper and lower body muscles with core and cardio mixed in. We will use a variety fitness equipment in each class. Each workout will be unique and exciting to keep your body changing.

Hot Yoga with Weights

This one hour heated yoga class blends yoga sequences with the use of hand weights. Get ready for an energizing,  fun class that will speak to your entire body and leave you sweaty but inspired and empowered. Come ready to sweat, and laugh together.
