Kate Cianci, LCSW is a psychotherapist, certified iRest Yoga Nidra and meditation teacher with 200 hr Hatha Yoga training.

As a psychotherapist, I specialize in the treatment of addiction, trauma, anxiety and stress. My approach to emotional wellness is holistic, integrating mind, body, and spirit practices in the studio and in my private practice.

I believe emotional wellness can be strengthened by connecting to your true nature and witnessing your wholeness. Yes, you are perfect and whole just the way you are!

After personally experiencing anxiety most of my life, I discovered the healing benefits of yoga and meditation while completing my MSW. It was life changing and I continued to learn and practice yoga for the next 11 years. My purpose for teaching meditation and iRest Yoga Nidra “sleep yoga” became clear when I witnessed the healing and restorative benefits of this ancient practice as it provided relief to my clients in recovery from addiction and trauma.

I enjoy teaching students mindful ways to increase awareness, cultivate joy and well-being through self-compassion meditation and iRest. My intention for each class is to hold a safe space of compassion for you to experience deep healing and peace. I will guide you to explore your true nature, discover your wholeness and nurture a loving relationship with yourself and others.
