Hi, my name is Lucy! I’m a certified reformer and mat Pilates instructor, stretch therapist, with a B.S in Kinesiology from CSUN. I am absolutely fascinated by the human body and all of its capabilities and am here to provide an outlet for people to discover just how powerful they really are. I feel my best helping people move better and feel stronger while enjoying the process of getting there. Find me on the reformer, let’s embrace the shakes together!
