Lauren's passion for movement and wellness was shaped by overcoming a severe spinal injury at age 14, an experience that deepened both her resilience and empathy for others. With a bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine and Health & Exercise Science, she brings a strong understanding of body mechanics, form, and functional movement to every class. She has an eye for alignment and is passionate about helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting progress.
At a time when she felt disconnected from her body and discouraged, she was introduced to Pilates. It became her starting point for rebuilding. She began with modifications, regained strength, and slowly built a practice that has now become part of her daily routine. She fell into instructing as a way to share her belief that challenge, movement, and consistency can empower people to live the healthier, more fulfilling lives they desire.
