Yogi Beans — Children's Yoga Workshop
Kids ages 4–13, 90 minutes. Come "kid around" with us — children will learn beginner meditation skills, take a trip to their Peaceful Garden, practice breathing techniques and poses, sing, dance, and leave feeling calm and grounded.
Parents stay and play! During the littles' workshop, a separate All-Levels Flexibility Yoga class is hosted for parents in the Sun Studio (free for current members). B.Y.O.M. — bring your own mat.

Sound Healing Ceremony

Come in comfortable clothing, hydrate beforehand, and consider anything personal you may be working on so the session can be sensitive to your intentions. During the session, enjoy Reiki provided by Olga Atkinson, Master Level Reiki Practitioner. Please arrive 10 minutes early for sage, incense, and instructions to prepare.
