Molly is a certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher — and, as an added bonus, Thermal Horizons' Studio Manager. She has a passion for functional movement and helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
Her approach to movement has continued to evolve throughout her years at Thermal Horizons. What began with a foundation in traditional fitness and yoga has been shaped by the Thermal community and the wide range of people who walk through the studio doors — each with different bodies, abilities, goals, and seasons of life.
Today, Molly's teaching blends strength, mobility, stability, and mindful movement with an emphasis on real-life function. She believes movement should support the way you want to live outside of the studio — not simply how you perform inside of it.
Molly's connection to Thermal extends far beyond the classes she teaches. She deeply values creating an environment where people feel known, supported, and genuinely part of a community. That connection has also shaped the instructor she is today — teaching her to adapt, stay curious, and continually expand the way she thinks about movement, longevity, and what it truly means to be well.
