Cheryl is a passionate health and wellness advocate with a lifelong dedication to fitness and well-being.
Her journey began as a teenager when she started exercising and visiting a chiropractor for preventative care. The positive results sparked a deeper interest in wellness and biomechanics, eventually leading her to become a certified personal trainer, nutritional specialist, and functional health coach, with 15 years of experience in a professional physiotherapy practice.
Her path hasn't been without its challenges, though. Years of outdoor adventures and the natural wear-and-tear of an active lifestyle left her with her own share of aches, pains, and long-standing injuries. Through a combination of education and intuition, she explored and practiced holistic methods and movement modalities that enabled her body to heal and become virtually pain-free.
Drawing from both her personal experience and professional expertise, she offers a holistic therapeutic approach, utilizing tissue and tension release techniques to identify and correct imbalances in the body. Her goal is to help her clients relax, restore, and reach their optimal physical state.
With a focus on education and empowerment, Cheryl supports clients by providing relief techniques and actionable recommendations tailored to each individual’s needs. She’s committed to helping others maintain balance and long-term wellness in a sustainable, natural way.
