Molly is a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, fitness enthusiast specializing in both group exercise and personal training. As a former teacher, she is well-versed in meeting every individual at their current level and providing the proper building blocks to progress and achieve fitness goals. She brings a new level of empathy to the world of fitness, understanding the time and potential struggles encountered on a journey to fitness and well-being, and offering everyone their own starting line without intimidation or comparison. She will be there to support you but also make you sweat and work for what you want through a variety of group classes combining high intensity cardio and resistance training, aimed at improving both cardiorespiratory levels and muscular strength. Molly knows that time is a non-renewable resource and will give you the best workout in any time frame. She is an avid long distance runner and your new biggest hype girl!
