A lifelong learner, Kenya embraces every opportunity for growth and discovery. Her yoga classes provide a welcoming space to soften, be present, and explore the richness of yoga for holistic wellness and self-discovery. Passionate about making yoga accessible to all, she meets students where they are, as they are.
In addition to teaching several weekly yoga classes, Kenya will expand her practice next door as part of our wellness center expansion. Beginning March 1, 2025, she will offer private yoga therapy sessions, Ayurvedic counseling and Reiki healing through her practice, Arise Yoga Therapy & Wellness. As a yoga therapist, she will work with clients to address specific health conditions, support lifestyle wellness goals, and promote overall well-being.
