Jaime Annett
Studio Owner - Sound Healing Practitioner
Jaime With over 25 years of experience in business wellness, coupled with the heart of a yogi and the wisdom of a Sound Healing Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, Jaime Annett began to envision a transformative wellness space in the heart of Valencia. During the challenging period of COVID-19, as her beloved mother passed away from cancer, Jaime found solace and healing in holistic modalities. It was during this time of reflection and grief that her vision for Thermal Horizons Yoga and Wellness Center began to take shape.
Jaime dreamed of creating a space where anyone could come as they are—with no expectations— and explore healing practices like restorative yoga, guided meditation, and breathwork. Her vision also included energizing Vinyasa flows, Far Infrared hot yoga, and functional movement fitness classes designed to promote mobility and stability for lifelong health and wellness, not just short-term results.
At its core, Thermal Horizons is more than a wellness center; it’s a community. Jaime’s mission is to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where individuals can come together with a shared goal of health and wellness. The center embodies the philosophy that wellness is a journey best undertaken collectively, with mutual support and encouragement.
Jaime’s passion lies in building connections—whether through a yoga practice, a sound healing session, or simply greeting guests at the door with a cup of tea, a warm smile, and her signature saying: “Welcome to the best part of your day.”
Her vision has blossomed into a thriving community of like-minded individuals who support one another not only in their health and wellness goals but also in navigating the ups and downs of life. Jaime believes that healing and growth flourish when people come together with intention, kindness, and care.
Inspired daily by those she meets, Jaime continues to live by the philosophy embodied in her favorite mantra: “At the end of the day, we are all just walking each other home.”
