Mel's goal is to bring awareness and appreciation to everyone that wants to explore Pilates. I believe absolutely everyone can benefit from the principles of Pilates, and encourage clients to add Pilates to their fitness regimes, for a more comprehensive workout.
Trained and certified in multiple facets of fitness. Training and Certifications include: 500 hour Pilates Certification, 200hr. RYT Yoga Certified. TRX and The Pilates Suspension Method Certified. Kid’s Yoga, AIS Stretching, and ROLLOLOGY.
Mel loves to be creative with her clients, yet continue to teach them the benefits of exercise, and to teach fun, interactive classes. No two classes are ever the same.
