Instructor

Carlie is a passionate, exercise loving, driven Pilates Instructor and certified personal trainer. She never had any intention of becoming a pilates instructor. Pilates was only a hobby she wanted to learn more about in hopes of getting a reformer at home to save a little money on classes. While everyone in her life thought it was silly to spend money on a certification she wouldn't be using, she still went for it anyway. Through her training she realized it was so much more than a hobby and there was a reason she felt a calling to get certified. She found she loved inspiring and connecting with others through movement. With every workout her goal is to make sure you honor your body while pushing you to new limits that you never knew possible. She wants you to leave each class feeling accomplished and confident!
