Want to still your mind and strengthen your body? Kim’s teaching style helps empower you to increase sweetness and strength on and off the mat. You’ll experience a blend of Somatics, breathwork, heart-felt intentions, and rhythmic movements to liberate your spirit and heal from the inside out.
Kim is a certified 500-RYT in Hatha Yoga. She is trained in trauma-informed somatic yoga, mindfulness-based meditation, and yoga for recovery. This inspires her passion for weaving purifying mudras, affirmations, and virtues into your class experience.
She believes you can breathe through (almost) everything and that breath is the gateway through obstacles of the heart. She provides a safe yet spacious experience for you to access the purest version of yourself.
Outside of the studio, Kim is immersed in raising her two young boys and can be seen bike riding around Newhall, probably in search of coffee and vegan treats for her kiddos. She is a graduate student in Holistic Counseling and a certified Mindfulness-Based MB-EAT teacher. She aspires to integrate yoga therapy into the counseling field.
